Francis' previous job stint at a Big4 Auditing Firm left a deep impression on him in the areas of mentorship, having a strong supportive culture and building a safe environment for associates to thrive in. Doing a mid career switch after 4 years in audit was a difficult decision but made easier because I witnessed the daily financial consultant journey first hand through Francis over the years, and seen how he has grown. "A lot of people have gone further than they thought because someone else thought they could" - this sums up how the mentoring journey with him has been. When I first joined, with zero prior sales experience, I didn't have the confidence to think about qualifying for MDRT in my first year, and definitely wouldn't even dream about qualifying for it in under 9 months, but he believed, and I eventually did! We started with a small team, but it didnt stop us from ranking one of the top teams in Prudential. My 2 other teammates Grace and Marcus, also qualified for their MDRT in their first full year in Prudential! Francis really played an instrumental role in each and every one of our career, and I'm really thankful for the strong culture we have in this team, and how everyone is close-knitted and constantly pushing one another to be better.
